I’ve been an E-Konomy customer for over five years now, mostly the retail store but also the service department a time or two. I feel compelled to share with you how much I enjoy the friendliness, helpfulness and expertise of your retail store employees. Robert, John and Kevin have been absolute lifesavers helping me keep a well-worn Kreepy going through each punishing summer. They have also recommended products from other pool issues I have with no high-pressure sales pitch, just good straight advice and top-notch products. The service dept experience was also good, the tech, Jim, fixed the problem with my heater wiring the first time at a reasonable cost, all while I was at work. He communicates with me when he was done and told me what he had fixed. Please give them some extra recognition, and please let me know if there is somewhere else on the web I should put this so these guys get the credit they deserve. The last time I was in the store, I asked John how it was going – “It’s what you make of it” was his reply. I couldn’t agree more.

I had a problem with my new pool pump. Dropped by the store and talked to Jon, Christina, & Scott. Scott came out the next day and replaced the pump. No hassles, just great service and a real desire to take care of their customer. I have been shopping with them for several years and have found they stock some of the highest quality products at competitive prices. Like always, they were there when I needed them. Thanks for all your help.

It’s good to know a company is so efficient and has an employee like James. He arrived on time, was very professional, knew what he was doing, and fixes the problem every time. He did an excellent job and I am very happy with the service. I will call back any time I have a problem!

I just wanted to say a very BIG “THANK YOU” to Scott for your great customer service. I really appreciated that you came to the house, took the measurements and photos, then brought a temporary cover for me to use while you made sure the company made a new spa cover to fit my spa, and then delivered the new cover for me. It’s not often that type of service is really done these days. I sincerely appreciated your time and commitment to my customer issue.

Loving our hot tub…Christina and Scott were 2 of the nicest, most knowledgeable and professional people we have ever made a major purchase from. They gave us great service and advice. When some minor problems arose Scott was there promptly helping us.
